REFUND POLICY

At Inspired Projects.Co, all of our projects are custom-designed and tailored to suit each client’s unique space, needs, and preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we do not offer refunds as standard practice.

 

Custom Work and Materials

Once a deposit has been paid and the quote accepted—signalling agreement to proceed—the project moves into planning, procurement, and production stages. Materials are ordered specifically for your job and are not reusable or resellable for other projects.

Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or design alterations after this point.

Case-by-Case Consideration

We understand that each situation is different, and we’re committed to providing a positive experience. If you believe you have a special circumstance, please get in touch with us. We will always assess refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the stage of the project and any costs already incurred.

Changes, Variations, and Cancellations

If you need to make a change or cancel your project before materials have been ordered or work has commenced, please notify us immediately. Where possible, we’ll work with you to adjust the scope or timeline.

Please note that any changes or variations to the original approved quote may incur additional costs, especially if they involve design modifications, material changes, or impact production. These costs will be discussed and approved in writing before proceeding with any variation.

Any non-refundable costs already incurred at the time of change or cancellation will still apply.
